Voyageurs National Park

This project sprouted from my love of Voyageurs National park because that is where my cabin is. I started this for a class and I ended up loving it a lot. It started out as a digital drawing, which I was not very familiar with at the time. I then took my little Voyageur and put him into in design and made National park posters inspired by the ones I have seen for other parks like Yellowstone or The Badlands.

I used the app Procreate and started drawing on my iPad with my Apple Pencil, and I tried my hand in digital drawing. I don't think this turned out half bad. I would definitely do something with Procreate again, it was fun to work with.

After drawing the image, I then used Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop to make my post which ar in a gallery below. I am pretty well versed in the Adobe suite. I used images that I have taken and altered them in Photoshop to make them look more like a drawing or painting. This project is something I am proud of and really like.
